Olga Šipka is the managing partner of OSLAW. Olga has vast experience in supporting clients in competition, corporate, litigation and regulatory matters. She acted for a number of foreign investors and local companies advising them on M&A and merger control, sell and buy side due diligence, arbitration, litigation. Olga’s core practices include competition and antitrust, regulatory and compliance. She represented clients before different regulatory bodies and courts. Her experience includes a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, consumer goods, telecommunications, IT, health care.
Olga acted and supported clients in multijurisdictional projects covering Serbia and the West Balkans. She also held many workshops, trainings and presentations on compliance with competition, regulatory, anti-bribery, white collar and data protection laws. Olga continuously advises international institutions and state bodies on policy options and facilitates development and regulatory dialog between relevant stakeholders.
Olga holds an LLM degree from NYU and is a member of Belgrade Bar Association.

Igor is an attorney at law specialised in competition, intellectual property, data protection, regulatory and corporate matters. Previously, Igor worked for some of the leading law firms in Serbia where he was involved in numerous regional transactions in telecommunications, energy, pharmaceutical and consumer goods. He also acts as an advisor to the World Bank Group on competition policy. In addition to practice, Igor is also active in academia. He holds a PhD from University College London (UCL) and is associated as a Senior Fellow at UCL Centre for Law, Economics & Society and at European University Institute in Florence where he writes and works on various projects related to competition and intellectual property rights policy issues.

Aleksandra Stećuk is an attorney at law at OSLAW. Aleksandra has professional experience in various fields of commercial law, particularly in competition, regulatory, data protection and corporate matters. She actively supports clients acting in a wide range of industry sectors, including banking, consumer goods, telecommunications, health care, pharmaceuticals. Aleksandra also acted as an advisor to the World Bank Team for justice sector reform in the Western Balkans (Serbia, BH, Montenegro, Macedonia).
Aleksandra holds a master’s degree in the Economic Analysis of Law from University of Belgrade (2018). Previously, she earned LLB degree at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law as one of the best students of her generation.

Milica Nikolić is an associate at OSLAW. After earning LLB degree at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law as one of the best students of her generation, Milica started her career in a reputable law firm in Belgrade where she gained valuable experience in labour and social security law, commercial law, and dispute resolution. She actively supports clients acting in a wide range of industry sectors. During and after her studies, Milica completed several courses in corporate and commercial law.
After finishing her master studies in Labour and Social Security Law from University of Belgrade (2020), Milica started PhD studies in the same field.

Željena Despotović is an attorney at law and Head of Novi Sad desk at OSLAW. After completing studies at the University of Novi Sad, Željena was working in a reputable Novi Sad law firm. Željena is a member of Vojvodina Bar Association.

Branka Babović PhD, LL.M (LMU Munich) is docent at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law and counsel at OSLAW.
Branka Babović is teaching civil procedural law at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of law. She published in the areas of: civil procedural law, international litigation, collective redress and international commercial arbitration. Branka started her career in an international corporate law firm in Belgrade where she gained valuable experience in the field of dispute resolution. Two years after becoming the attorney at law, she started working in academia.
She was engaged in several research and development projects in the field of dispute resolution and organization of judiciary.
